We are about 350+ hackers and growing. We are presently focused on hacking to help students at colleges turn their ideas to useful startups. Our footprint is global. We are 24x7. We have presence on Wall Street, Silicon Valley and in far flung areas including elite college campuses in the US, Canada, Europe and India. Our goal is to work on ideas that can help the masses improve their lives and help convert them to startups at scale.

hackcave is launching its startups as well. Our hackers are given ownership stakes in projects and projects are turned into companies when ready. This is work in progress... and we are very bullish.
hackcave makes select seed investments in startups. It works with investment affiliates and partners to provide funding access to its startups. hackcave is in discussions with investment professsionals to launch a tech vc fund.

Let’s face it, building a company is hard, especially the first year when there are limited resources, no or little support, and frankly all you have is you (and maybe a co-founder) and the belief that you can do great things. That’s when we come in – we are always the first investor in companies, but more importantly, we are there for you: in our offices, together with you, figuring stuff out and building things.
hackcave members and the hack24x7 network help multiply value along the journey to growth. We work right out the gate with young founders who might have ideas to be tested or brainstormed, or who need help with proof of concept or turn their idea into a technology stack or platform or a startup. We are there at every stage from ideation to incorporating startup and partner with the young founders. We select the best ideas to work on that can help large number of people and improve lives.
As seed investor, we get each incoming startup and/or idea evaluated inhouse and as needed confidentially by our network reviewers who collaboratively rate the startups and if we like what we see, we make seed investments. Our reviews are also made avaiable for free to our network affiliates and investment partners who independently make their own investment decisions as well. We charge no fees for any of the investments made by our network partners.
hackcave is helping create opportunities. We are attracting young founders with innovative ideas and connecting them to our hackers, reviewers (including senior faculty members from highly regarded engineering schools, researchers and industry professionals), in-house strategy and structuring mentors, investors, industry and other entrepreneurs, founders.
The hack24x7 support is around 24x7 and ready to take on the toughest technology challenges to further our startups. Our inhouse project coordinators interact with each startup to ensure that things are getting done and on course. We work alongside our young founders to work on challenging problems they are facing.
